Account Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your FlexPilot account and all personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is handled by emailing our support address.
How to request deletion
- Email support@flexpilot.app from the Google account you use to sign in to FlexPilot.
- Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the Google account email you sign in with so we can verify your identity.
What gets deleted
- Your user record (email, hashed Android ID, install UUID, sign-in timestamps)
- Your subscription state, purchase tokens, and trial history
- Your referral code, redeemed referral relationships, and rewards balance
- Your scan-performance telemetry and crash records
Timeline
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and email you a confirmation when complete.
What we may retain
A minimal record of the deletion request itself (email, request date, deletion date) for fraud-prevention, tax, and legal-compliance purposes. This retained record contains no in-app activity data and is kept only as long as required by law.
Subscription cancellation
Cancelling your Google Play subscription is separate from account deletion. You can cancel via Google Play → Subscriptions → FlexPilot at any time, with or without requesting deletion.
