Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Smartpace Technologies ("we", "us") handles your information when you use the FlexPilot Android app (package name: com.flexgrab), available on the Google Play Store.
What we collect
- Email address from your Google account when you sign in.
- Device identifiers — a hashed Android ID and install UUID, used to bind your account to your device for fraud prevention.
- Subscription state — trial status and purchase tokens, managed via Google Play Billing.
- Usage telemetry — anonymous performance metrics and crash data.
- Referral data — your referral code and any redeemed codes.
How we use it
- Authenticate you and bind your account to your device.
- Manage your trial period and subscription state.
- Detect fraud and abusive behavior.
- Improve app performance and fix bugs.
- Process referral rewards.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share data with advertisers.
- We don't access content from other apps on your device.
- We don't collect contacts, photos, location, or browsing history.
Service providers
We use the following providers to operate FlexPilot. Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase — authentication and crash reporting
- Supabase — database and backend services
- Google Play Billing — subscription management
Your rights

- Delete your account — see Account Deletion.
- Correct inaccurate data — email support@flexpilot.app.
Security
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Backend access is restricted to authorized personnel.
Children
FlexPilot is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The Effective Date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be announced in-app.
