Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the FlexPilot Android application provided by Smartpace Technologies. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and an active or prospective Amazon Flex driver to use FlexPilot.
Not affiliated with Amazon
FlexPilot is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com Inc. or Amazon Flex.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own, solely for personal use as an Amazon Flex driver.
Subscriptions and trial
- FlexPilot offers a 14-day free trial. Referral codes may extend this to 30 days.
- After the trial expires, continued use requires an active subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed via Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
- Share your account, referral rewards, or subscription with others.
- Attempt to bypass subscription gates, trial limits, or anti-fraud mechanisms.
- Use the app for any illegal purpose.
Account binding
To prevent fraud, your FlexPilot account is bound to your device on first sign-in. You cannot use a different Google account on the same device, or transfer your account to a different device without contacting support.
Disclaimers
FlexPilot is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times, will detect every block offer, or will result in any particular earnings. Block availability depends on Amazon Flex.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartpace Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling your subscription.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The Effective Date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
